We provide professional proposal development services. While we may share insights during our work together, our value is in delivering expert results, not in teaching you our methodology. Think of us as your outsourced business development team—you get the expertise without having to build it internally.
How long does proposal development take?
Our Strategic Proposal Package typically requires 3-4 weeks from kickoff to submission-ready proposal. For ongoing Growth Partnership clients, we work within your timeline requirements. The Foundation Package spans 90 days to build comprehensive infrastructure and capabilities.
What if we have an RFP due in two weeks?
We can accommodate urgent timelines depending on our current capacity and the proposal complexity. However, we recommend at least 3 weeks for optimal results. Rush projects may require additional coordination and have limited revision cycles.
Do you work with subcontractors or just prime contractors?
We work with businesses pursuing both prime and subcontract opportunities. Our approach adapts to your specific role and the teaming arrangements for each pursuit.

Investment & Value
How do your prices compare to other proposal writers?
Our pricing reflects the strategic infrastructure and expert guidance we provide beyond basic proposal writing. While others may charge less for document production, we provide comprehensive business development support that builds lasting competitive advantage.
Is the investment worth it for smaller contracts?
Our services are most cost-effective for contracts above $250K where professional presentation and strategic positioning significantly impact win probability. For smaller opportunities, consider our Proposal Excellence Review service.
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes. Our Foundation Package can be paid in three monthly installments of $1,500. Growth Partnership clients pay monthly. Strategic Proposal Package requires 50% at kickoff and 50% at draft delivery.
What's included in each service price?
Each service page details specific deliverables. Generally, our prices include all strategic development, content creation, professional design, and revision cycles. Travel, if required, is additional.
Logistics
Where are you located? Do you work remotely?
We're based in Charlotte, NC, but work with clients nationwide. Most of our collaboration happens remotely through video calls, shared platforms, and project management tools. We can travel to client locations when beneficial for the project.
How do we get started?

Yes. Our expertise applies to state and local opportunities as well. The strategic infrastructure and professional presentation standards remain consistent across government levels.
