Ashley Johnson is the founder and principal consultant of Creative Cresco, a boutique consultancy that provides small businesses with the strategic infrastructure and expert guidance needed to compete effectively in government contracting.
With nearly a decade of hands-on experience managing proposals across architecture, engineering, construction, and consulting industries, Ashley has seen firsthand how small businesses struggle to compete against larger firms with dedicated business development departments. This experience inspired her to launch Creative Cresco, combining her analytical expertise with a mission to level the playing field.
As a PMP-certified Project Manager and APMP Proposal Management Professional, Ashley brings both strategic thinking and creative design to every engagement. Her systematic approach helps small businesses build the professional infrastructure, market intelligence, and proposal capabilities typically available only to large firms.
Ashley is passionate about helping historically underutilized businesses thrive in government contracting, believing that exceptional capabilities deserve exceptional opportunities.
